Cold-chain delivery, engineered for stability
Every order leaves the lab within 24 hours — vacuum-insulated, gel-packed and tracked end to end, in packaging that never says what is inside.
Picked & double-checked
Each vial is scanned against your order and re-verified against the batch register before it enters a parcel.
Packed for −20 °C
Vacuum-insulated liner, pre-frozen gel packs, a calibrated temperature tracer and tamper-evident seals — then an unmarked outer box.
Dispatched in 24 h
Orders confirmed before 15:00 ET ship the same business day with a tracking link emailed the moment the carrier scans the parcel.
Rates & transit times
Shipping is a flat $12 everywhere we deliver — and free on orders of $200 or more. The cart applies this automatically; no code needed.
| Destination | Typical transit | Cold-chain handling | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Continental United States | 2–4 business days | Included | $12 — free over $200 |
| Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes | 3–6 business days | Included | $12 — free over $200 |
| Canada | 3–6 business days | Included | $12 — free over $200 |
| Europe, UK, EEA | 4–8 business days | Included | $12 — free over $200 |

Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Parcels crossing borders may be held for routine customs inspection; every shipment carries commercial-invoice paperwork listing the contents as research materials.
How the cold chain works
- Pre-chill. Gel packs are pulled from the freezer moments before packing; the liner is pre-conditioned.
- Insulate. Vials sit in a vacuum-insulated liner that holds ≤ −20 °C for well beyond the longest typical transit.
- Verify. A single-use temperature tracer in every parcel records the coldest and warmest point of the journey.
- Seal discreetly. Tamper-evident seals, then a plain outer box with no branding and no product names on the label.
- Track. Your tracking link arrives by email at dispatch and covers the parcel through to signature on delivery.
On arrival
Inspect the parcel before signing if anything looks damaged. Check the temperature tracer against its reference window, then move sealed vials to a −20 °C freezer immediately — lyophilized peptides are stable for 24 months when sealed and cold. Once reconstituted, keep vials at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Anything wrong with a shipment — warm tracer, damaged seal, wrong item — gets a free replacement or full refund. Contact the lab with your order reference and a photo of the tracer within 7 days of delivery.
Discreet by default
Outer cartons carry no supplier branding and no compound names; invoices describe “laboratory reference materials.” Signature is required on delivery, and tracking is available for every parcel from dispatch to doorstep.
