The terms governing access to this site and the purchase of PeptideKontor research materials — read alongside the research-use notice shown throughout the storefront.
1. Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place any order through it.
2. Research use only
All products are sold strictly as laboratory research chemicals. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not medicines, foods or cosmetics, and no therapeutic, diagnostic or dietary claim is made or implied. It is your responsibility to handle, store and dispose of materials in accordance with your institution's safety procedures and applicable law.
3. Eligibility
Purchases are limited to qualified researchers aged 21 or older, buying for institutional or professional research use. We may request verification of research affiliation and refuse or cancel orders that cannot be verified.
4. Orders & acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched. We may cancel and refund any order — for example, if stock is unavailable, verification fails, or the order appears to violate these terms. This is a demo storefront: no real orders are processed and no payment details leave the page.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Shipping is a flat rate applied at checkout and waived above the advertised threshold. Payment methods presented at checkout are illustrative in demo mode; in production, funds are captured only when an order is accepted.
6. Shipping & risk
Orders dispatch under the cold-chain process described on the shipping page. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Inspect shipments on arrival; damage or temperature excursions must be reported within 7 days with photographs for replacement or refund.
7. Documents & verification
Each batch ships with a certificate of analysis identified by batch number. The verification process is described on the certificates page; re-test discrepancies should be reported to quality control before resale or further distribution.
8. Intellectual property
Site content — copy, design, the PeptideKontor name and mark — belongs to PeptideKontor or its licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
Materials are supplied as-is for research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement — except where such disclaimers are prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideKontor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or materials — including lost research, lost profits or instrument damage — and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify PeptideKontor against claims resulting from your handling, use or redistribution of materials in breach of these terms or applicable regulations.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Questions go through the contact page.
